BAAZ Bird Watchers' Society
The society was launched on July 28, 2021. An initiative of Guru Nanak Sacred Forest, BAAZ Birdwatchers’ Society is a novel enterprise to study, observe and archive information of varieties of birds, especially those particular to the region. The Society seeks to encourage the conservation of birds in their natural environment. This will cultivate the instinct of wildlife conservation and environmental leadership in the youth. The students are actively participating in collecting and cataloguing the E-Bird Data.
