Connecting youth to community service and creating opportunities for holistic development through structured social outreach — at national and international levels.
Enrolment of new volunteers in 3 NSS Units starts each year in July–August, after the College admission process is complete.
NSS volunteers work in these villages, slums and other under-developed areas to complete 120 hours of regular activities in one academic year. As per the NSS guidelines, a volunteer is expected to remain in constant touch with the community around the institution.
Our three NSS Programme Officers guide, motivate and encourage volunteers to work actively for social upliftment, providing them with all the resources needed for the successful planning and implementation of NSS activities.
